CONFLICT RESOLUTION

Human Beings must seek a better method for resolving conflict, for those used in previous times, only causes more conflict.  We are at a high risk of destroying what God has given man, the earth.  This risk exists because of people who do not resolve conflict in a healthy way, which is advantageous to each, and results in good.

Every member of a society deserves a right to contribute in a helpful way, to the furtherance of that society.  Moreover, after expressing a will, and have demonstrated an ability, to do so.  Common ground needs finding, for the marginalized who feel like pawns, which have been denied fair play.  The rules of conflict resolution should include; each player will ultimately come into their own power to merge into the roles of kings and queens.  For it is a heavy weight to have influence.  There is a process that balances the worthiness of being crowned.

Enter into conflict with an unbending desire to see it resolved swiftly as possible.  Start with an airing of your own vulnerabilities, by not boasting a superior position, your strength is magnified.  Make your response to conflict, constructive and gracious.  Walk in integrity with good intentions.  Find a place within you where truth is superior to lies, and where no judgment exists.  Break patterns that lead down previously traveled paths.

Remove prejudice against any gender, ethnicity, and religious conviction from negotiations.  With reverence to God only, placing all other loyalties aside.  Pray for freedom from the spirit of disobedience and rebellion to God.  Thus, committing oneself to the Will of Jesus Christ.  By this we show ourselves worthy of Kingdom Living.  Throughout time, there has only been one who demonstrated HIS worthiness to be KING.  The rest of us, HE died for.

Forgive everybody, but not everyone is invited to sit at the table of conflict resolution.  Let him or her instead travel to the war zones used for photo opportunities, where there is no war or resolution.  Just a place where tyrant beggars come together to beg, ensuring that none of them will ever truly be rich.

The righteous will vanish for a while, to ultimately come back better.  Return as one wealthy from the lessons learned, that caused pain, but changed us for the better.
