An accomplishment is diminished when no time is taken to feel the enjoyment of its achievement. There will be enough challenges in life that will require us to rejoice, even in adverse circumstances. That is why we must take sufficient time to rest in, and enjoy the blessings of God. For times will surely come, when rejoicing in the midst of adversity will be the only way of having any joy.
Through the teachings of the Living Word of God we learn to seek joy over happiness. It is this joy that helps us look beyond our own suffering, to realize and assist in God’s unfolding plan. Truth, honorable, and just behavior allows us to enjoy the security and peace for knowing God is near.
God’s gentle spirit is our calm, come what may. A spirit of calm that allows us clarity to place value on the pursuit of cures. Thereby making obsolete, treatment of symptoms. We now stand firm in the knowledge of God, allowing only His powerful peace to occupy our minds, thereby permitting no other thoughts to enter. Resting in God’s yoke elevates us above our circumstances and not below. In the spirit realm we give thanks, and make our request known to God.
Philippians 4:6
6 “Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.”

23 “When thou sittest to eat with a ruler, consider diligently what is before thee:
