Our human souls are priceless; their value is identical and holds equal significance in the eyes of God. Man’s soul is his essence; it’s an intrinsic aspect, and serves as conduit between humanity and the Divine.
Scripture tells us that “you are not your own” because “you were bought with a price” (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, which is your connection to the CREATOR.
Ask yourself, is your soul, the very essence of who you are, engaged in interaction with the Holy Spirit within you? The soul, considered to be eternal, will one day go with man, and the Holy Spirit, HIS Spirit, returns to God. Your life, which you control, determines where your soul spends eternity.
There will be a Day of Judgment, and we all will be held accountable for our actions in this life. Each will be granted equal significance when that day comes.
There are two ways of life, good and evil, one leads to an eternal home for the soul, and so does the other.
