GRATEFUL FOR LIFE

Life is a precious gift from God, it’s important that mankind begins to cherish and appreciate it every day. Whether facing challenges or enjoying good times, expressing gratitude for life is healthy, and helps us stay positive and focused on what truly matters

One way of expressing your appreciation for life is by taking care of yourself.  Taking care of your physical health, through healthy eating, sufficient sleep, and exercise can positively impact your emotional and spiritual well-being.

Another way to express appreciation is by helping others and being an example of one who exhibits gratitude for life.  Acts of service, whether volunteering, or simply being kind to those around you, helps us to feel more connected to the world and to God.

By taking time to appreciate the beauty of the world around us, we can cultivate a sense of gratitude for the gift of life.  Whether it’s watching a sunset, listening to music, or spending time in nature, these moments of awe and wonder can remind us of the incredible gift that is our existence.

Everyday we awake to a new day filled with limitless opportunities and possibilities.  The ability to experience love, joy, and happiness, while making a positive impact on the world, is a gift.

Where does this gift of life come from?  For many of us, the answer is clear; it comes from God.  As Christians, we acknowledge that God is the ultimate creator and that HE sustains all things, and our very existence is a testament to his boundless love and grace.

(Psalm 139:13-14) This verse reminds us that God is the creator of life, and that HE uniquely and wonderfully makes every person.  We must appreciate the value and worth of every individual, as well as recognize and praise God, for HIS handiwork.
