It’s been said, “Ego means attachment to layers of our unexamined thoughts and illusions.” If being attached to thoughts that have not been addressed, or is imaginary, can this be why people avoid giving attention to inner awareness? Doing so could destroy the false beliefs and images that form self-awareness. When our internal self worth is controlled from external validation, ego grows. Being detached from our ego helps us understand that nothing is permanent but God.
By addressing our unexamined and imaginary thoughts, we strip the ego of its power through inaction. Starved egos seek recognition; but are unrecognized despite its efforts. Why do religious leaders have a bigger problem with purging themselves of ego, than their flock? This message helps the students of earthly teachers to unlearn worldly dogma. What a foolish lie that idols of men could help us. A man who once placed their academic achievements on display, now want us to believe that God is not academic or intellectual. Using large words to describe simple things in an attempt at appearing wise. The wisdom given from God is both academic and intellectual, offering a realistic discernment of spiritual things. This is why asking our creator for wisdom is good.
We know the highest form of learning is creation. Creation is followed by evaluation, analyzation, application, understanding, and recall. God created everything; therefore, we never want to unlearn the highest form of learning. Knowing God is less an “experiential” experience and more an intelligent, hypothetical one, requiring our faith to comprehend. Yes, HE ultimately becomes real in our lives. After we internally address thoughts and myths that have been maintained through egotistical false teachings. How can counterfeit educators continue on the same path of iniquity? They do not benefit God’s people in the least.
The children of God hereby demand supernatural explanation, and recapture our complete package of healing. We decree and declare our greatness in God’s Kingdom, and bind the works of rival forces seeking to keep us in bondage. By HIS strength, we shall carry our own mental and emotional baggage, while continually seeking methods of reducing the load of smaller matters. Sharing the burdens of such things with our spiritual leadership on earth, that it will be easier for them too.
