DISCONNECTED

A life without God is like kind of being lost.  Traversing life without Divine guidance, finding oneself adrift, disconnected from your mooring.

Let us delve into the depths of wisdom and understanding, guided by the Divine Light of Holy Scripture.  May God illuminate the path, (Proverbs 1:7) teaches us that true wisdom and understanding comes from a reverent fear and respect for God.  When we acknowledge and honor God as our ultimate source of knowledge and guidance, we gain the foundation for acquiring wisdom and making righteous decisions.  The fear of the Lord, humble, and an obedient heart, is the key to unlocking the treasures of wisdom and discernment.

Only fools despise wisdom and instruction.  The timeless wisdom, found in God’s Word, is a necessary requirement for spiritual, and intellectual connection and Divine enlightenment.

Being disconnected from one’s source is akin to being adrift in a vast ocean without compass or guiding star.

(John 15:5) State that without a connection to God, we cannot bear fruit or live a fruitful life.  Just as a branch cannot bear fruit unless it remains connected to the vine.  Apart from the vine, you can do nothing.

  • The cruelest of truths is that kindness isn’t a language everyone speaks.
  • It’s too nice a life to be annoyed by everything.
  • We cry most when the wrong things get stuck in our eyes.
  • We outlive our fears by facing them.
  • It’s hard to love you once noticing how cold you’ve grown.
  • I pray that you grow another skin in which you are more comfortable.
  • Not the next life, until we live this one first.
  • The devil will pursue you to exhaustion, with hopes you will cease fleeing and engage with his demons.
  • When the world falls away is when God’s plan comes together.
  • A moment of clarity grabs and slams you against the brick wall.
  • Would it have made a difference if the world had come with a disclaimer?
  • Get back to yourself; you’ve been missing far too long.
  • The torments of knowing you are ill, without a clue of how to get better.
  • Imprisoned in a pain of irreversible suffering.
  • Guarding your heart does not imply letting it wither away.
  • Don’t build a home near skeletons of hearts that turned into a graveyard, there’s only darkness in that place.
  • When the devil invites you in, don’t go, you don’t want to see what he sees.
  • Fake love is a disturbance that will pass in time.
  • We are but seekers of deeper meaning.
  • Without God this would be a pointless existence.
  • Find the elusive kind of joy in God.
  • With God, you become the storm, not the creature running from it.
  • Don’t worry about keeping it all together; just be good at not falling apart.
  • In God, everything we need for the future is there, this world can end.

While navigating the complexities of life, we must stop and ponder the question, what is freedom in the absence of God?  What a peculiar paradox.
