RICHLY SATISFY

A Bride that richly satisfy the needs of her Bridegroom is a companion who lacks nothing of value.  We are told in (Proverbs 31:11) that the heart of her husband safely trust in her.

In (John 3:29) a friend is mentioned, it implies this was a close friend of the groom serving as a groomsmen with responsibility to assist the Bridegroom during the wedding festivities, supporting, and ensuring the smooth flow of the ceremony.  This friend or groomsmen of the Bridegroom rejoices with him.  In this verse John the Baptist is speaking about himself and his relationship to Christ.  The ONE with the Bride is the Bridegroom; HIS friend stands and hears HIM, and rejoices greatly at the Bridegroom’s voice.  John the Baptist is talking to his disciples about his role and relationship to Christ as the Messiah.

Christ is the Bridegroom and the church is HIS Bride.  It is the Kingdom Calling of the church to be servants of the King of kings that HIS heart will safely trust in HIS Bride.  In (Matthew 6:10) Jesus is speaking to HIS disciples, providing them with guidance on how to pray and to whom they should direct their prayers.  HE conveys the importance of acknowledging and embracing God’s will and desiring HIS Kingdom to come on earth.

A virtuous Bride of noble character, whose HUSBAND has complete confidence in her, it is time to stand and richly satisfy the needs of her Bridegroom.
