GREATER GOOD

There are those who jealously guard and prevent us from knowing our true history.  In ancient times, true miracles and manifestations were not at all unusual.  It was not until the priest of Egypt and other Eastern nations perverted their meaning and used the power for their own selfish aims, not for the greater good and advancement of mankind.

In Holy Scripture it has been recorded that, the Lord revealed HIMSELF to Moses, who learned anew, the secret Power, the Keys to Heaven.  There are several versions as to how this came about, and here are a few:

  1. Moses went to Koptos/Coptos where he discovered the long hidden “Book of Thoth/Throth”.
  2. Moses found and decoded certain writings to which he had access while in the priestly quarters of the Egyptian Palace.
  3. Moses heard the Voice of God upon Mt. Sinai and there he received the Keys for the first time, (as revealed in the Biblical account).
  4. It was passed on to Moses by word-of-mouth from some wise man that had it given to him in the same way.

It does not matter which version you accept, it is known that Moses initiated the seventy elders into the doctrine.  He gave them The Keys to Unlock the Wisdom of the World.  They were spread from hand to hand and from mouth to mouth.  The unbroken line of tradition came down through David and Solomon.

Being now only tradition, no one dared to write it down for its POWER is great, that it could not be trusted to all, for with it, they could destroy millions.  A POWER so great, that anything could be made possible.  In the same manner that five million volts of electricity, if unharnessed, could cause death and destruction—not to one man or one group of men, but to all humanity.

Those who are agents of the Royal Exchequer are wise by instinct and by education, far ahead of their contemporaries.  “The chancellor of the Exchequer is the government’s chief financial minister and as such is responsible for raising revenue through taxation or borrowing, and for controlling public spending.”  They have studied the law and made considerable advances in medicine.  In ancient France and Germany, those who practiced medicine were considered much in the same light as a witch.  This came about because during the time, a witch or sorcerer was about the only source one might go to for medical advice.  At the same time, witches dispensed herbs, amulets, and talismans for other purposes beside the physical ills from which the people suffered.  Occultists dispensed love potions and sold poisons with which to dispose of a hated rival or unwanted mate.  They were medicine advisors to both bodily and spiritual ills.  Their evil advice divided the future and drove the people away from greater good, into worldly wickedness.  They were feared and hated, but were a necessity in their day, because of the reliance that people placed on them.

We are told that wisdom is better than weapons of war, but just one evil person destroys much good. (Ecclesiastes 9:18) The Body of Christ must walk away from things not meant for us.  It is time to surrender our old lives and leave behind where God brought us from. (Hebrew 12:11) Our discipline seems unpleasant at the time, but later on it will produce a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it.  May we rely upon the weapon of praise and grow in quiet growth, grace, and character!
