WHY TRUTH MATTERS

The highest expression of intimacy is truth.  The power of truth and honesty can transform our lives and communities.  Truth cannot be bound by ideology or political affiliation.  It is truth, the measure of all things; a state or quality of being, in accordance with fact and reality, which opposes falsehood, and/or deception.  When you understand its benefits, truth shall set you free.

The voice of reason, for †he unreasonable, is truth.  The truth of God’s Word, give us strength to fight against falsehood and deception.  A truth that removes the filters used on the camera that disguises the misery, of those who live a lie.  God’s light of truth enters into situations like light does into a camera, that affects the final image with HIS Divine will.

For truth is a fundamental aspect of God’s character and vital for a righteous and just society. (Proverbs 12:19) gives us the importance of speaking truthfully and what are the consequences of lying.  Reminds us that while lies may seem to benefit short term, they will ultimately be exposed and lead to negative consequences.

As followers of God, we are called to speak truthfully and live with integrity, knowing that our words and deeds have eternal significance. (John 8:32) Jesus speaks and conveys the message that knowing truth will set people free from sin and bondage.  Truth has the power to liberate and bring positive change.

Wicked schemes ultimately fail, and such endeavors are misguided pursuits.  Trying to play evil games, without the understanding that to achieve evil success, means that you must lose.

Be awakened to the fact, that it was our way that has been in our way.  The days when we just sat around decomposing with age, without a care in the world.

Pray for purpose and that God silences the lower mind of man, that he may be healed by the gentle silence of nothingness, which quiets the noise in the minds of men.  May HE bless us to grow kinder as we grow older.
