ESCHATOLOGY

Understanding “death, judgment, and the final destiny of the soul of man, and of humankind.” The Greek words defining “last” (ἔσχατος) and “study” (-λογία), the analysis of end things. The methodical exploration of the finality of an individual life, an earth age, or the end of the world as we have known. Understand a consistent futuristic interpretation of Jesus’ eschatology as an expectation of an imminent end. It reminds Christians to look beyond what is currently trending through personal and social morality to comprehend the greatest importance of true theology. This doctrine teaches us about death, resurrection, immorality, end of times, final judgment, and the future state of mankind, with emphasis on rapture and the millennium.

We come to an understanding that this world is not our home. It gives us the hope of a life with Christ, who is seated at the right hand of the Father.

There are unbelievers that cannot see beyond the increasing growth of evil, so they adapt to immoral systems of wicked men of earthly influence. They differ in that they see only what this world has to offer, without considering a time of inevitable judgment.

However, man being a goal and meaning oriented spiritual creature always seeks solutions or answers to problems. For, as in mathematical solutions, the answer is found in the conclusion.

Hamartiology, a branch of Christian theology, is the study of sin, with pride being the deadliest of sins and opposite of humility, a major source of social friction. The Greek meaning of Hamartiology, is the study of “missing the mark or error.”

Theology is considered the study of religion. Theology examines the human experience of faith as expressed in different cultures.

True Theologians are endowed with the responsibility of debating with others the nature of God. A Theologian is one who looks deeply into religious beliefs, behaviors, and institutions. They draw from teachings of multiple disciplines and methodologies through the history of religion. Their duty as scholars requires them to take on challenging questions regarding the meaning of religion. Often times being challenged by those who engage in acts of transgression against God by loathing His people and Christian biblical law, thereby injuring mankind as a whole. Those planted and rooted in the one true God understands Him to be our creator and sustainer, and His word helps us live a life of love through obedience.

So when it comes to Antichrist, Rapture, Tribulation, Christ’s second coming, and/or facing His judgment seat, true believers in God are not tossed about by whatever gust of wind is passing today. We have overcome the original ancestral sin stemming from Adam’s rebellion and disobedience in Eden, causing the fall of man. In the turning point of ones life, by expanding our understanding of the Word of God, we know that He conquered death. Our souls shall migrate to Heaven because of the rebirth and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Daniel 12

12 “And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.

And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.

And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.

But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.

Then I Daniel looked, and, behold, there stood other two, the one on this side of the bank of the river, and the other on that side of the bank of the river.

And one said to the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, How long shall it be to the end of these wonders?

And I heard the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand unto heaven, and sware by him that liveth for ever that it shall be for a time, times, and an half; and when he shall have accomplished to scatter the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished.

And I heard, but I understood not: then said I, O my Lord, what shall be the end of these things?

And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end.

10 Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.

11 And from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination that maketh desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days.

12 Blessed is he that waiteth, and cometh to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days.

13 But go thou thy way till the end be: for thou shalt rest, and stand in thy lot at the end of the days.”

Isaiah 46:10

10 “Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:”
