If success comes to you at the expense of your family, health, character, or soul, it is not success worth having. A career that limits quality time with family, loss of good health, promotes dishonesty, or comes at the expense of freedom, is a corrupt occupation.
With God, even in scarcity we are victorious. HIS favor and grace over your life is a promise that you do not have to barrow against your future. If our deeds are done in love and truth, success is our reward.
(Luke 14:28) Instructs us to count the cost before constructing a building. Be sure that we have enough money to pay the bills. Every problem is like a lock, and every solution is the key to the problem or lock. Not an exact quote from a great spiritual leader, but he said something like; for every lock made, there’s also a key made to unlock that particular lock. God created a key or solution for every problem that we will encounter in this world.
It is the career of the Body of Christ to offer spiritual solutions to worldly problems. When the church can’t find the key to unlock the lock they are to lead those with the problem to Jesus Christ, HE is the solution.
Those who work devious schemes will never have a solution for problems, just a problem with any solution. To these kinds of people, God will say, okay, have it your way.
People of God can be distinguished from schemers because they will say to God, “thy will be done”. A relationship is made solid based on trust. God is a husband that will love every part of you. HE is a gentle, nurturing, and powerful warrior, in whom we can find comfort.
The seasons have changed. (2 Thessalonians 3:11-12) Those who refuse to work and waste time gossiping, it’s time to earn your own food to eat. You are idle busybodies who have been disruptive long enough. To such people, in the name of Jesus, we hereby urge you to find God, the master key or solution to every problem.
