These Dead Zone areas of the world are places, in which the level of oxygen is so depleted, that most life can no longer be sustained. Dead Zones have reached beyond the oceans, waterways, and rainforests. Now, the souls of men and women have become like dead zones.
Satan and wicked men has not only contaminated the entire earth, the souls of the entire species are at risk of dying. Through greed, hatred, and a culture of falsehood, man ignores the instructions given him by God, (Genesis 1:28). By choosing to follow the schemes and lies of Satan, man has created his own little hell, a zone of death! If his attention had stayed on God’s Word, he could not have been so easily fooled. The character of Satan becomes very apparent, once we notice they are centered around his evil actions.
God blessed and allowed man to fill the earth, subdue it, by making men masters of the fish, birds, and all of the animals. As believers, we learn to rely totally on our FATHER. HE gave us everything, and therefore, our first covenant is with God.
The second covenant is between a man and woman. When a man is unable to rule over his house, even his children are in danger of dying. Man permitted the enemy’s lies to enter his household, and now has lost his jurisdiction over his wife, and his children are murdered mercilessly. What does God think about a nation that fails to protect its children?
When discipline is lost and there is no more order, lies become truth and up becomes down. Women rule the homes; sons refuse to work and daughters lack skills to run a house. Both men and women lay with their own kind and challenge anyone to have a word to say. This is a world where children cannot pretend to be cowboys and Indians, but a grown man can pretend to be a woman. The home is like a dead zone that has no oxygen to breathe. With cluttered closets of filthy secrets hidden in the corners of our mind.
Not many are pleased to be who they are because they are more absorbed in how others view them. Talking more about their job, unless by retirement or loss of employment, they are forced to discover their true self. There are those who speak about friends to family and their family to friends. The secretive don’t talk much at all, like dead souls who lack ability of expression. Without an interest, we are no longer interesting to the world. Once man succeeds in destroying his world, Satan has succeeded in making the earth a dead zone. When rulers are wicked, their people are too. (Proverbs 29:16)
Be a builder in the Kingdom of God and have a fruitful life beyond this world. God has promised to rebuild the earth and replenish the oceans after man’s mishandling. Good men will live to see the tyrant’s downfall. No one can bring life, to a dead zone, like our God.
