Without Jerusalem, Israel is a body of land without a soul. Most important Jerusalem is the Chosen City of both Biblical history and prophecy (2 Chronicles 6:5-6). The Bible teaches us that Jerusalem is the place where Jesus was arrested, put on trial, crucified, buried, resurrected, and ascended. HE is also coming back there, to place HIS feet on Jerusalem’s land again, and rule over the universe from HIS earthly Kingdom.

Some would say, when the Bible speaks of Israel, it is not speaking of a land, but speaking of a people.

Glorious things are spoken of thee, City of God, Selah (Psalm 87:3). In (Psalm 87:5-6) it says, “The highest honor will be to be a native of Jerusalem!” (Matthew 23:37) Tells us that Jerusalem is the city that kills the prophets and stone all of those God sends to her. When HE returns to Jerusalem, Living Water will flow out continuously (Zechariah 14:8).

We all want to believe in the world, and some are understandably loyal to the things of the world. Sometimes it takes the world’s rejection, before you realize the things in life that are most important.

The next revolutionary war will be waged in the realm of the spirit, this is most important!
