They constructed a snare, But the Lord turned it into a stage. They tried to strike your name from the narrative, But now you’re standing at the center, Not in spotlight, but in Son-light, While all of heaven bears witness. What they intended to stop you, Only served to set you up. Because what they couldn’t trap, God chose to elevate.“What the enemy meant for evil, God intended for good” (Genesis 50:20)
You see, your presence is now proof That human schemes have no power To contain God’s promises. They set a trap, But God turned it into a platform. Not for your glory, But for HIS.“He prepares a table before me in the presence of my enemies.” (Psalm 23:5)
You didn’t just make it out, You were carried through. And now, with raised hands, You point upward and declare,“This is the Lord’s doing, and it is marvelous in our eyes.” (Psalm 118:23)
The greatest twist isn’t merely your survival. No, It’s that God used their strategy To unveil HIS sovereignty. Their rejection made room for your redirection. Their trap became your testimony. What was meant to bury you, Became the ground where resurrection bloomed. Now you stand exposed, But not in shame. You are lifted, honored, vindicated. “Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time.” (1 Peter 5:6) So keep walking in the light, child of God. The script was never theirs to write. God is the Author. The plot is HIS. And this chapter? It’s just the beginning Of a glory story That no trap could stop. Amen
