Brothers and Sisters, There is a Divine strategy that often looks like weakness to the world, restraint. While adversaries charge ahead with noise and manipulation, the Spirit of God teaches HIS children a different rhythm, a rhythm marked not by reaction, but by revelation. In recent seasons, God has been training me not to respond to every provocation. I’ve learned to pause, to listen, and most importantly, to wait. This quiet season has not been wasted. While deceivers shouted and schemers plotted, God was forming endurance in me. Heaven does not measure strength by noise, but by discipline, patience, and the fruit of obedience. (Proverbs 29:11) says, “A fool gives full vent to his spirit, but a wise man quietly holds it back.” In a culture obsessed with instant responses and loud opinions, wisdom often wears the cloak of silence. Nature reflects heaven’s ways, seeds break underground before they bloom, ocean tides shift with invisible force; earthquakes begin in silence long before the shaking is felt. Likewise, the deepest work of God is done in hidden places. What some mistook as my retreat was, in truth, my ascension. I chose higher ground. From this elevation, noise no longer determines my identity. Once I stopped reacting, manipulators lost their illusion of power. They were starved of the attention they thrived on. Their noise could no longer move me. (James 4:7) reminds us, “Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.” To those who scorn quiet strength, who mock self-control as weakness, I say: your resistance is not futile, it is Holy. You are not passive; you are powerful. You are being refined in the silence. So, let hell tremble at the sound of your stillness. Let demons flee not from your shouting, but from your submission to God. True authority is not noisy. It is grounded. It is surrendered. It is eternal. Stay the course. Heaven’s strategy is working.
