ISOLATION

Separation for Advancement

At the end of isolation is elevation: A Prayer. A Revelation. A Word. In the silence, HE spoke. Not in the storm. Not in the crowd. But in the cave, the prison, the wilderness. Isolation wasn’t punishment. It was preparation. Sanctification. Elevation. Elijah fled. Joseph was sold. Jesus withdrew. Each time, the world saw loss. Heaven saw promotion. HE removes to refine. HE separates to sanctify. HE hides to reveal. What felt like exile was an altar. What looked like delay was design. Alone is not abandoned. Still is not stuck. Hidden is not forgotten. The cocoon looks like a tomb, Until the wings break free. Lord, thank YOU for the isolation. For cutting what clung. For closing doors I begged to stay open. For silence that made me hear YOU clearer. For pulling me aside, To pull me above. YOU elevate through isolation. YOU anoint in obscurity. YOU call forth greatness, In the quiet place. And now, I rise. Not because I’m seen. But because I’m sent. Amen
