Scroll Down to FRAME A JUDGMENT

FRAME A JUDGMENT

“We take pictures in our mind and it takes us mere seconds to frame a judgment”, Snap Shot, October 23, David Jeremiah, Daily in HIS Presence.

(Psalm 145:18) “The Lord is nigh unto all them that call upon HIM, to all that call upon HIM in truth.”

When we frame a judgment of people becoming like sheep walkers, never fully present or paying attention to the people and opportunities around us, or worse yet, never seeking God during our day-to-day life. It is time we weave worship and the awareness of God into each day.

Framing judgment and the assumptions we hold can impact our spiritual growth and relationships. The Bible warns us about our tendency to judge others harshly while ignoring our own faults; this can cripple communities such as churches. The judgment of others’ heart and motives is reserved for God alone.

Be aware of our own preconceived notions and biases that are deeply rooted and ingrained in us all. They can become obstacles to understanding the truth and hinder spiritual discernment. Submit your mindset to God and cultivate a love for truth.

Strive to judge charitably and remain open to the truth as guided by Holy Scripture.
