(Proverbs 4:23) Teaches us that above everything else guard our hearts. In places and around people that we do not feel loved, respected, or valued, remove yourself from there immediately.
Remember, those of the devil are accusers and will listen to you just long enough to find something which to object. Spouses, family, and/or friends, who seek opportunity to object, disagree, or deny truth, are just like their spiritual father, Satan. The power of stupidity is enlarged in groups. Years of building an excellent reputation can be torn down in minutes by Satan’s accusers. His accusers are planted in your life as reliable sources of misinformation.
The enemy knows that people become like ambassadors of their own life experiences. They will refuse to hear anything outside of their own life events. If they have only been exposed to lust and perversion, which is what they will praise. When raised in a culture of violence and crime, they will admire those from that same environment. In the secret world of privilege and unfair advantage, those held in high regard, are usually poster children of the same rearing.
The world is under the intoxicating influence of wickedness, fake cultures, and lifestyles. People are identifying with cultures and lifestyles they have never lived nor experienced. Being exposed to the wrong people and affections is causing many to reduce their watchfulness over their heart. This lack of diligence to guard the heart is leading to issues of all kinds of corruption to flow into the land.
Being properly exposed spiritually as children, gives us a code of righteous conduct to lean on, when wickedness appears in later years. We become ambassadors, diplomats, and representatives for righteous causes, because of our early exposure to the Word of God. It benefits society when everyone is allowed exposure to spiritually beneficial experiences. There would be no familiarity with wickedness which to identify, only a desire to soar in a life within a culture of righteousness.
(Galatians 6:16) Empowers us to know, the mercy and peace of God will be upon us who live by HIS principles. Humility and servant leadership flows from a heart that is guarded. In good conversations with the right people, practical Godly advice is priceless. Priority is placed on things that are considered righteous. What a faithful and wise servant whom the Master has put in charge of the servants in HIS household. (Matthew 24:45) Do good to everyone, especially those who are of the household of faith.
