When a planet is said to be in retrograde motion, it appears to be moving backwards in its orbit as observed from Earth. Actually, planets do not reverse their motion and move backwards in their orbits. However, from our vantage point on Earth, they appear to do so. The phenomenon of retrograde motion is an optical illusion that occurs due to the rotation and movement of the Earth around the Sun.
There is a field of study, which observes and analyzes the motions, locations, and interactions of celestial objects and their impacts on the physical universe and mankind. It is a widely held belief based on Astronomy that retrograde periods of planets cause disruptions in matters related to communication and decision-making.
However, from a Biblical perspective, the orientation of celestial objects does not have a direct impact on human affairs, but rather, our actions and choices reflect our God-given free will and the consequences of our choices. A society in retrograde cannot be in alignment with God’s will and purpose.
Throughout the ages, people have gazed at the skies, seeking guidance and wisdom. They looked to the skies to discern God’s will through the movement of celestial bodies.
As we journey through life, it is essential to remember that only God’s will holds the key to our future, and it is humanity that moves in retrograde, not the planets. We seek HIS guidance and purpose as we continue on our own path. God’s divine plan is not discerned from studying the alignment of the planets, but rather from adhering to the teachings of the Holy Scriptures. We are instructed to live in unity, with God and fellow human beings, pursuing righteousness, peace, and social justice in every aspect of our lives.
FATHER, Lord God, May YOU reverse the retrograde of humanity. We cannot move forward going backwards, let YOUR divine will be done. But we ask that YOU restore humanity to its correct path. (Genesis 3:6) Describe another time when the fall of humanity was in the hands of Adam and Eve.
(Ephesians 6:12) Explains who the struggle is really against, and it’s not flesh and blood. This verse reminds us that our battles in life are not just physical, but also spiritual. Spiritual forces that would work against God’s will, seeking to bring chaos and destruction to the world, we hereby undue their plans.
Those who believe in the One Creator always know that we are equipped to fight spiritual warfare, and we are gifted with the power to resist the forces of evil. Scripture has taught us that, sin and evil are present in the world. But through our faith in God, our One Creator, we can overcome the negative effects of these evil forces as we move towards a brighter future.
With humbleness and calm, it is time to acknowledge, the broken state of humanity. After the acknowledgement, God can begin to steer society back in alignment with HIS Will.
We shall give HIM all praise and glory; HE deserves the entire honor, for now and forever more.
