Life offers us no lessons when we think we are correct about everything. One, whom has been attacked, is brother to the one under attack now. “The use of force by one nation against another is wrong.” (UN Charter 1945) The impact of war anywhere in the world is felt everywhere in the world.
A church leader preached on Sunday that to demonstrate loyalty to a nation is blasphemy against God. There is only one true King of kings and Lord of lords, this we believe. However, if being in ministry means not demonstrating loyalty to our homeland, it is best to write to world leaders who may understand what compels us to speak. For the religious leaders can only hear their own voices. Therefore, our destiny is to speak to the leaders of the world, presidents and dictators.
It is not a demonstration of fear choosing not to send your children and husbands into the madness of war. Our fear should be, finding ourselves in war again, as we did in previous history. Failure is not our fear; our fear is that we stand in a time such as now with men who hold power to destroy the world by their decisions. They change their victims but never change themselves. With such power in their hands, an out-of-control ego can end mankind forever.
Therefore, we the people of the world stand in unity and urge all world leaders to seek common ground. Do not expand your land beyond your nation’s boarders. Work with and not against your neighbors. Allow your neighbors to demonstrate loyalty to their homeland without you viewing it as a betrayal of loyalty to yours. It is the ego of man that will ignore the financial impact that war brings upon his nation, to satisfy human voids that we all have. Please do not double down on violence by allowing frustration to overtake you. For it is not the will of God, for one man to destroy mankind because he views himself correct about everything.
Where is the clergymen delegation? No sane man would take on such disastrous action without seeking spiritual guidance. When calamity has not stopped a man, he considers himself great to the point of failure. In this situation, one man’s failure shakes the entire world. Pray that churches standup and appeal to those with the power to wage war. The world food supply and the money markets are not their own, they belong to the world. Church leadership is called to do more than just browbeat its congregation. Where is the outrage from those with power to influence the global leadership?
In absence and silence of the religious sector, our power as common people is made perfect in our weakness. We hereby call on all the world leaders, to lead. Put a halt to these military operations. Let peace talks be immediately followed by peace action. We step out boldly onto the world stage, while spiritual leaders stay home and protect their brick and mortar. We are planted here to grow the Kingdom of God. Our life does not consist of the abundance of the things that we possess. The golden pleasure of the world is to live, so unfold your wings and fly.
2 Corinthians 12:9
New International Version
9 “But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.”
2 Corinthians 12:9
King James Version
9 “And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.”
2 Corinthians 12:9
Living Bible
9 “Each time he said, “No. But I am with you; that is all you need. My power shows up best in weak people.” Now I am glad to boast about how weak I am; I am glad to be a living demonstration of Christ’s power, instead of showing off my own power and abilities.”
Luke 12:15
New International Version
15 “Then he said to them, “Watch out! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; life does not consist in an abundance of possessions.” ”
Luke 12:15
King James Version
15 “And he said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man’s life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth.”
Luke 12:15
Living Bible
15 “Beware! Don’t always be wishing for what you don’t have. For real life and real living are not related to how rich we are.” ”
