Make choices that align with God, when we are morally disciplined, there is no time for any party of perversion, political and/or social.
Once enticed by the trappings of perversion it can take hold of us and the tumble down made hard to notice, just this endless spiral, or though it seem.
Great men are not always wise; rather it is the spirit of a man that makes him intelligent (Job 32:9). We assume that age and status inherently confer that we are wise, and have understanding, but this is not always true. Humility, kindness, and discernment are not promised by one’s position or years on earth; but are qualities that must be actively sought and cultivated.
Today, the term “perversion” often conjures images of moral decay, and abandonment of ethical principles. Whether discussing political factions that exploit the vulnerable, and/or social gatherings that encourage immoral behavior, parties of perversion are the same everywhere. Aligning one’s self with any party of perversion comes with consequence. It is unwise both as individuals or society as a whole.
When personal values erode it can lead to compromise of beliefs and ethical order in our life by us trying to fit in with a group. The shift can be gradual, small transgressions at first that eventually lead to greater moral violations. Sometimes the pressure to conform, overshadow our personal convictions which create conflict between our true self and the expectations of a group that we have association.
With God at the center of life there is no time for a party of any kind political or social.
