PATH DESTINATION

Find victory in discerning the path from the destination, for true success lies in the progressive realization of purpose.  Let us pray to not live the rest of our lives making the same mistakes.  Ask God to help us learn from our past, and avoid repeating the same errors for the remainder of our existence.

In life, we have to discern the intricate nuances between the path and the ultimate destination of the voyage.  Repeated stumbling into pitfalls along the journey, serves to remind us to clutch wisdom we learned from an initial encounter.

Due to our human fallibility, we are prone to repeatedly falling into pits, which can be a reminder of our true nature.  But the persistent act of repeating a mistake without gaining wisdom is pure foolishness.

Each obstacle or pitfall presents a particular chance for growth and the acquisition of wisdom; this is the concept of learning.  A desired goal can be reached when the end result aligns with the means taken to achieve it.

The path of righteousness is the Divine route that guides us towards the destiny God has ordained for our lives. (Proverbs 14:12) Warns us about the way that seems right based on our own flawed understanding and judgment.  This verse emphasizes the importance of following God’s path, rather than relying solely on our own limited perspective. (Ecclesiastes 7:8-9) It is King Solomon, reflecting on the wisdom he has gained throughout his life; writing, “The end of a matter is better than its beginning” and “patience is better than pride”, anger resides in the lap of fools.  It is better to endure and see things through to the end, rather than being hasty and prideful, as this is the characteristic of foolishness.

For the ONE who possesses knowledge of the end of our lives, knew of our creation in the beginning.  We were created for the progressive realization, of God’s predetermined, worthwhile destiny for us.  Our destination is a mark, on a worn map, hidden in its folds.
