“Real eyes realize real lies” When the pulpit is invaded by sin we can clearly see a spiritual decline of such a church. There is no two ways about the origin of sin. The Word of God and its understanding can be different to a thousand people in a thousand ways. How can we know which is the correct interpretation?
The Word is the same and never changes but the world has changed. Therefore, our understanding of God’s Word evolves as we act on our revelation or interpretation. When those in the pulpit have aged in their positions of church leadership, they at times fail to notice the world around them changing. Often times only seeing the sin in the world, while over-looking the sin in their church or pulpit.
It does not mean that a young inhabitant of a parish is evil when their worldview differs from that of an elder church authority figure. It only means that they have grownup in different evolving worlds. Sometimes even understanding God’s Word slightly different than an elder teacher of their same church. The Word is the same, however, the world is not and may have reached a place in history that folks of another era should step down. Rather than retire and inspire new leadership, they instead browbeat the young into quiet submission in an effort to lead forever. All the time speaking about past heyday in life when they were great military men or bragging about times they walked in sin with the best of sinners. As if they have a monopoly on God, while regarding one with a different worldview as heathens or not belonging to the Body of Christ.
Philosophers are leading the young Christian flocks astray. Searching for wisdom and spiritual enlightenment to help navigate a changing world in the absence of an expounder to whom they can relate.
The power of hope ensures us that God is working all things for our good. As the seasons change, so does the unseen realm shift in our favor. Church leaders cannot dictate our interpretation of Holy Scripture. As the young cannot give cardiopulmonary resuscitation, (CPR) to old dead lectures of elder teachers which have no current world power.
Caring for the people is the new world focus of those with power. When walking in the spirit of God, endless good comes in endless ways. God has revealed HIS Son in me and our breakthrough of peaceful happiness is coming from this journey. We are the salt and light of the world. Move; get out the way, in the name of Jesus! No man can stop us from boasting of God’s Word. That sent of God, the evil one would try to destroy.
