Man assembled intergovernmental, geopolitical, and international organizations with the intent of them having independent investigative authority to explore intelligent, alternative, and informative predictions regarding matters important to society at large. These organizations were developed to have a contributing role, through specific knowledge of expertise, to come to a decision or conclusion of past or future questions and/or possibilities of concerns. A comparable analogy would be when a medical technology is used to aid in a criminal investigation. The same is true when software companies develop computer programs to assist in cyber, counterintelligence, and counterterrorism programs which benefit humanity. An understood viewpoint that shared knowledge of an organization benefits more than those within the said organization.
A problem arises when there is a fundamental failure of an organization to maintain its independence in matters that benefit society and mankind. When official investigations are conducted to learn additional facts regarding hidden problems within society are hindered because of biased, bigoted, and, unfair obstruction, civilization is in trouble. Advances made by mankind should be used for the benefit of humanity on a broad-spectrum, and not constrained to profit a few.
