Men, who are naturally hard, must transform themselves to be anything other than the way he was created. Women too, naturally soft, must transform to be different from the way she was created. Transformative patterns of this world, there are many challenges; this is also true when God has transformed you. Scripture tells us not to copy the behavior and customs of this world but to be transformed, (Romans 12:2).
There are resources for people who struggle with their identity; the church is to be the resource for those transformed by God, who struggles to live in an immoral world. There will be challenges to your transformation, and you may need to turn to your resource through prayer for help. The kind of spiritual assistance that you never have struggles to live again.
Brick and mortar buildings are byproducts of there being people who are the church here on earth. God and HIS Word is the true source, when we connect with HIM, being transformed, struggles cease to live.
Being fed daily by the Word of God quenches our thirst for spiritual water, and with the quenching comes peace, that we can navigate through struggles to live.
Society must address the needs of those who struggle with their worldly identity, but it falls upon the church, to help those who struggle with their faith. Help them to find their true identity in Christ, and therefore there is no condemnation, (Romans 8:1).
