WISH I KNEW

“I wish I knew then what I know now.”

How many of us have whispered those words in quiet moments of regret?
How often have we sat in the classroom of life, staring at our past like old homework we never finished—scribbled with ‘should-haves’ and ‘almosts’?

But wisdom is not a birthright. It is earned in the furnace of time, through trial, error, and the grace of hindsight.

Once upon a time, I believed success wore only one face.
I thought if they had it, it meant I could not.
I watched others climb, shine, win and wondered why my season was so silent.
But I have learned:
What is for them is theirs
And what is meant for me is mine.

There is no economy of lack in the Kingdom of God.
There is no shortage of purpose, blessing, or destiny.
To envy is to insult the wisdom of Divine timing.

God’s Promise Is Reality

You see, there is no alternate reality when God speaks a promise.
When HE declares something over your life, it does not depend on market trends, public opinion, or even your past mistakes.

HIS word is not a suggestion.
It is truth.
Immutable. Inevitable.

The moment you understand that, envy becomes obsolete.
You stop scrolling through other people’s highlights and begin digging deep into your own calling.
Because what’s yours won’t miss you.
And what misses you was never yours.

“I wish I knew then what I know now.”
But here’s the secret: Now is still a gift.
You may not have made perfect choices, but you are not disqualified.
Grace does not expire.
Destiny does not withdraw.

What matters is what you do with now.

Let your past be a teacher, not a jailer.
Let your failures fertilize wisdom, not shame.

So today, I leave you with this truth:
You are not late.
You are not less.
You are not lost.

You are becoming, and what’s ahead of you is still greater than what’s behind.

Celebrate others, yes.
But do not covet their crown.
Yours is being fitted, shaped by your trials, anointed by your tears.

Walk forward in peace.
What is meant for you, is yours.
And God never mis-delivers.

Amen
